1. Create a FREE Google My Business Listing & optimise it!

If you haven’t set-up your Google My Business page yet, you need to now! Plus make sure it is optimised! Keep it updated! An optimised page gets 7 x more visits than an incomplete one! You will be blown away by just how much traffic this free tool can get you!

Plus if you make sure that all of the information is kept updated you may even find that customers will enquire before heading to the website! Which is a win of course!

2. Perform On-Page SEO

Broadly speaking you want to produce high-quality content that your audience is searching for, you want to make sure your headers and meta descriptions are concise and informative so that they encourage viewers to click!

3. Get Listed in Online Directories

Another way to increase traffic to your website is to get listed in free online directories and review sites. For most of these sites, your profile will have a link to your website, so actively updating these listings and getting positive reviews is likely to result in more website traffic. Just be wary of some of the online directories making you pay for ads. Often your money will be best spent elsewhere and the free listing will be suffice as part of your marketing plan!
